Shipping methods
We ship domestic orders 2 ways

Express mail at a flat rate of $10 inclusive of packaging and handling. Express packaging is registered and has a tracking number.

Ground shipping at a rate of $5 inclusive of packaging and handling. I will not register these packages choose ground shipping at your own risk
International orders ship at a flat rate of $10AU inclusive of packaging and handling.
Packages almost always go out the same day if orders are placed before 3pm Mon-Fri.
Can I special order a bead or piece of jewellery?
If you would like a custom piece of jewellery made a 50% deposit is required
I can make custom pieces for special occasions, christmas presents, birthdays ect.
What's your return policy?
All sales are final please read the descriptions carefully and ask questions before yo buy. We will however replace any faulty items.
